The most recent revision of the homeowners’ association fee schedule puts the HOA fees in a range of $430 to $470 each month. The fees will vary depending on the location of the home in the community, and they include maintenance to common areas and grounds, lawn care, cable, landscaping, association management fees, reserve funds, and security at the gate.
Additional amenities come as part of the golf course. It is professionally managed and is an Arnold Palmer-designed course. There is also the elegant clubhouse and full-service pro shop, featuring space for conferences, weddings, and parties. Open to all residents and members is the fine dining room and bar. Alongside the golf course is a professional tennis facility with lighted courts.
Those owning Monarch real estate are also close to top-tier fishing and a number of Florida waterways nearby. No matter the skill level, there are several species to fish. Snook, mackerel, grouper, snapper, trout, and wahoo are all available without leaving the general area.
