The Monarch Country Club is one of the more prestigious communities in the greater Palm City area. Peaceful and idyllic, there is quiet and relaxation for those who own Monarch real estate, and countless activities for those who prefer to stay busy. The combination of nature’s tranquil and serene surroundings with all of the modern conveniences make Monarch homes extremely desirable.
While many areas of Palm City offer the beauty of nature as well as convenience and entertainment, most do not offer the significant social prospects and community events that are found at the Monarch Country Club. Additional appeal comes from the manned security gate that protects the community and its assets and sets it apart from most other Treasure Coast real estate that may not have the same benefit.
There are approximately 500 homes in Monarch Country Club. There is a spectrum of home styles and sizes available for sale in Monarch. There are modest attached villas and townhomes, as well as larger estates closer to the golf course. Many of the properties in the Monarch Country Club are just minutes from the water, with some having a breathtaking daily view of the beautiful lake. The current homes for sale range in price from just under $270k for a three-bed two-bath home with nearly 1,600 square feet of living space, to over $540k for three bedrooms and bathrooms, and almost 2,500 square feet of space.
The most recent revision of the homeowners’ association fee schedule puts the HOA fees in a range of $430 to $470 each month. The fees will vary depending on the location of the home in the community, and they include maintenance to common areas and grounds, lawn care, cable, landscaping, association management fees, reserve funds, and security at the gate.
Additional amenities come as part of the golf course. It is professionally managed and is an Arnold Palmer-designed course. There is also the elegant clubhouse and full-service pro shop, featuring space for conferences, weddings, and parties. Open to all residents and members is the fine dining room and bar. Alongside the golf course is a professional tennis facility with lighted courts.
Those owning Monarch real estate are also close to top-tier fishing and a number of Florida waterways nearby. No matter the skill level, there are several species to fish. Snook, mackerel, grouper, snapper, trout, and wahoo are all available without leaving the general area.
